Hitia 17 Plans purchased

Well, took the first step this week and placed an order for a set of Hitia 17 plans. I'm really excited and plan to use this build to gain some experience and possibly get a larger design in the future.  On the plus side, I have a fairly large 2 car garage to use and will keep this place for quite some time so I won't have to move mid build.

For those who have built a Wharram design, which tools did you find saved you the most time, or which tools did you wish that you had for your build?

I'm in NW Tennessee if anyone is in the area that has built a boat out in the area. I'd love to see one.

I expect to begin building in 1-2 months, as I figure it will take that long for the plans and initial purchase of materials to arrive.

I use thes most  Jig Saw,

I use thes most  Jig Saw, Battery Drill, Battery 5-1/4 circular saw, 10inch table saw, planer, belt sander, Random orbital sander. Also have but less used power hand planer. And naturally a good set of hand tools e.g. wood chisels. I'm happy with these building a Tiki 30. Good luck on your build. Are you posting a blog?
