the lashings for the tramp are alot higher on the beams than the hull connections is there a chaffing problem.In the plans they look flush Jim

Jim, here is an old shot of the front tramp on Vaea, soon after I trailered him down from Puget Sound:

It works very well. No chafing issues, other than a little touch-up painting every few years.
