Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you change your mind, you may cancel your order within 7 days of receiving your goods. Refunds are issued once items are returned to us in an unused, undamaged condition.
Building Plans
Due to copyright and intellectual property protection, building plans can only be refunded if they are returned to us unopened and in their original packaging. Once received and inspected, a refund will be processed minus a £50 administration fee.
Digital Products
Digital downloads, including any study plans, are non-refundable once the download has taken place.
Postage Costs
Please note that postage and delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item was received damaged or defective.
Delivery Policy
Please note: The Wharram office operates on a part time basis, therefore please allow for a little extra time between placing your order and dispatch.
United Kingdom and Northern Ireland:
- Royal Mail First Class (With the exception of building plans): Generally delivered within 3-4 working days after dispatch. However, please allow up to 10 working days: £5.95
- UK Courier Service (Usually Fedex, Parcelforce, DPD or UPS): Generally delivered within 1-2 working days after dispatch. However, please allow up to 5 working days: £9.95
Europe and Eire (Ireland):
Generally delivered within 3 working days after dispatch. However, please allow up to 5 working days.
- European Courier Service (Usually Fedex, Parcelforce, DPD or UPS): £16.95
International:
Generally delivered within 4-6 working days after dispatch. However, please allow up to 10 working days.
- International Courier Service (Usually Fedex, Parcelforce, DPD or UPS): £32.95
