Returns, refunds and cancellations
Customers have the right to cancel their order and have their payment refunded within 7 days of receipt of goods. If at time of cancellation the order has already been dispatched the product must be returned unopened, in this case we cannot refund shipping costs. Refunds will only be made after product has been returned and received in unopened and undamaged condition.
It should be understood that products that can be copied, such as boat plans and books, cannot be returned or exchanged unless returned in their UNOPENED original packaging within seven days of receipt.
For other products we will replace any faulty or broken items if returned within seven days of receipt.

UK Delivery
Generally delivered within 2-3 working days. However, please allow up to 10 working days.

- Boat Building Plans (Courier service only): £7.95
Eire (Ireland) and Europe
Generally delivered within 5 working days. However, please allow up to 25 working days.
- Study Plans, Books, Papers/Articles, Merchandise, DVDs: Between £4.58 and £6.85
- Boat Building Plans (Courier service only): £16.95
Rest of the world
Generally delivered within 7-10 working days. However, please allow up to 25 working days.

- Boat Building Plans (Courier service only): £35.95
